So Cal Sportscards

The other day I was searching for some hard-to-find wantlist items, specifically the Donruss Super Diamond Kings from the 1980’s, and stumbled upon So Cal Sportscards. They had THREE of the ones that I needed, although when I finally pulled the trigger, they had just one. Since they had free shipping with orders over $50, that seemed like a fair goal to aspire to.

I decided to mostly tackle some ’80s and ’90s stuff that I was missing, and then added in a few later items that caught my interest. Here’s what I came up with:

some of the inventory: 1970 Topps poster – replacement; (2) 1980 Topps Super White Backs; (2) 1982 O-Pee-Chee stickers; 1983 O-Pee-Chee; (6) 1983 O-Pee-Chee stickers; 1984 O-Pee-Chee sticker; 1985 Donruss Super Diamond King; 1985 Topps Sticker; (3) 1985 O-Pee-Chee stickers; 1988 Leaf; 1989 Topps coin; (3) 1989 O-Pee-Chee; 1992 Score Rookies; (2) 1992 Topps Major League Debut; (12) 1992 Stadium Club Dome; 1994 Flair; (2) 1994 Score Rookies & Traded; 1994 Topps Gold; (2) 1995 Flair; 1995 Fleer Panini sticker; (2) 1995 Score Gold Rush; 1996 Score; 1996 Score Future Franchise; (2) 1996 Ultra Gold Medallion; 1998 Studio Silver Studio Proof; 1998 Topps Finest No-Protectors; (7) 2000 Fleer Tradition Glossy; (4) 2002 Fleer Gold Back; 2002 Upper Deck 40 Man Electric

Although searching and sorting at the website was a challenge at times, everything was shipped promptly, and looks great filling in the gaps in my 9-pocket pages.

  1. How many of the Carew posters did we have lying around when we were growing up?
