Not long ago, Dustin from the new blog Coot Veal and the Vealtones hit me up with a trade request. Dustin had done his homework: he’d delved through my wantlists and had a nice mish-mash of Twins cards I needed, everything from a replacement ’70 league leaders card and a ’89 O-Pee-Chee stickerback to an auto card and some s#’d cards. And I’m still just as baffled by Bowman as before.
Dustin has had to be patient though, unfortunately; his cards arrived literally minutes before Mo and I left for a week to Ft. Myers and Spring Training (more on that in a later post), so I’m just getting around to mailing the return package.
